Oceňuji možnost mobilního tarifu, možnost využití penzijního připojištění a bonus aktivpass.
Nejsem spokojená se stravováním pro zaměstnance, o víkendech fungující bufet nestačí obsloužit veškerý personál. Pokud se nejedná o typickou českou kuchyni, jídlo je téměř nepoživatelné.

Dobre financni ohodnoceni pro zacinajici pracovniky s minimem praxe. Od zari existence zamestnanecke MS.
Velmi zalezi na jakem konkretnim odd.pracujete. Pracovni podminky se velmi lisi oddeleni od oddeleni. Nekteri vedouci pracovnici jsou na svem miste, jini jsou psychopati. Minimum motivujicich benefitu, problemy s proplacenim prescasu (lisi se dle oddeleni).

Vedení nemocnice se snaží posouvat firmu vpřed. Buduje dobré podmínky pro zaměstnance i pacienty.
Neschopnost primariátů respektovat společná pravidla.
