Bylo by zapotřebí jít s dobou. Mluvím za sféru správy majetku. Nutné školení zaměstnanců a dodělávání vzdělání u starších zaměstnanců. Není možné, aby pracovali s tím, s čím přišli před 30 a více lety. Na pozice by se měli obsazovat lidé s adekvátním vzděláním. S názorem vedení - moc neplatíme, ale zase moc toho nechceme se neztotožňuji. V neposlední řadě by bylo nutné zregulovat počet zaměstnanců na jednu danou pozici. Není třeba dvě, když stačí jedna prac. síla.
