Mohl jsem sdělit nápady na vylepšení a ty se realizovaly a mohl jsem kritizovat to, co se mi nelíbí a nebyl jsem potrestán.
Nebyla dobře vytvořena koncepce obchodní činnosti aby po celé ČR dostávali obchodníci totožné informace.

vedoucí společnost na trhu v Evropě i ve světě v mnoha oborech ,kde Bosch působí/ kotle, automob. příslušenství,el. nářadí..atd./ Využívá nejmodejnější komunikační techniku pro zaměstnance, chce od nich max. pracovní výkon, ale umí i platově i jinak ohodnotit.¨Pokud někdo dostane pracovné nabídku rozhodně neváhejte.
Work in an international environment
Záleží zde na tom, v jakém oddělení nebo závodě by pracovník pracoval.Rozhodně se však se zaměstnanci se zemí EU i z jiných částí světa setká. Robert Bosch je nadnárodní společností se vším všudy.proto také je možné studovat / dle zařazení/ angličtinu i jiná studia...

Výplata vždy včas na účtu. Drží slovo.
Možnost platového nebo karierniho postupu. Na logistice není a je o bohužel demotivující.

Velmi příjemný kolektiv, vstřícnost od zaměstnavatele skloubit svůj soukromý život, zajímavá náplň práce, možnost rozvíjet se v cizích jazycích a další zajímavé benefity
