Korporační styl řízení jako z učebnice. Než se něco vymyslí a schválí, nemusí to už být aktuální...před vznikem clusteru bylo vše daleko flexibilnější a výstupy smysluplnější

Relativně vysoká míra seberealizace.
Povyšovalo se na základě sympatií a nikoli na základě výsledků práce.

Péče o zaměstnance, etika, portfolio, flexibilita pracovní doby, možnost individuálního rozvoje, guideliness jak pracovat, globální zázemí, migrace zahraničních pracovníků a předávání zkušeností.
Netransparentní přístup k určování underperformance zaměstnanců. Velmi vysoké tempo práce - pomalejší nemají šanci.

Spousta benefitů, perfektní péče o zaměstnance, pohodoví kolegové i atmosféra v práci.
Firma se za poslední roky zbavila řady zaměstnanců a jejich práci začali postupně dělat studenti, se kterými se hůř spolupracovalo (nezkušenost, častá nepřítomnost kvůli škole). Fajn příležitost pro studenty, nic proti, ale už ne pro zkušené lidi.

Velká nadnárodní firma, ve které vše funguje. Vždy vím, na koho se obrátit s přáním/dotazem. Jedná se zde férově a na úrovni.

GSK je firma, které záleží na lidech. Máme skvělé benefity, dobré platy, výborné pracovní podmínky (home office, volná pracovní doba). Protikladem k tomu je náročné pracovní tempo - pomalejší nemají šanci.
