Pokud je nějaký problém, tak nadřízení si ho vždy vyslechnou a aktivně pomohout řešit. Obecně si velmi cením vztahu, jaký panuje mezi podřízenými a nadřízenými.

Skvělé pracovní prostředí, bezpečnost na prvním místě, ne jen plané korporátní mota, ale opravdu na bezpečnosti záleží. Férové jednání, skvělé bonusy, platové ohodnocení i benefity.

The job is really challenging and interesting to me. The colleagues are very nice and supportive. My manager is extremely good people leader and is really working hard to motivate us and help us be a better team. I am very happy with the cooperation with the other departments - it seems that people in Solar do their best to help each other.
So far nothing bothers me, however I know that if there is anything I need I can ask my manager for support.

moznost zvysovani kvalifikace,seznamovani se s novymi vecmi,moznost se rozvijet v ramci odbornosti

13. a 14. plat dobré pro rozvoj anglického jazyka, americká firma. vychází zaměstnancům vstříc jejich požadavkům.
často práce ve velkém časovém presu dlouho do noci. pohotovosti. minimální odměňování za práci nad rámec povinností.

Oceňuji dobrou firemní kulturu, velké nasazení zaměstnanců, dobrý týmový duch, společný cíl, dobrá spolupráce napříč odděleními, dobrá podpora pro nově nastupující zaměstnance, celkem dobře fungující procesy a neustálá práce na jejich zlepšování.
Velké pracovní nasazení, částečná flexibilita, ale celkově bohužel vnímám trochu podstav zaměstnanců, který má za následek ještě větší pracovní nasazení těch stávajícíh...

S firemní kulturou, všeobecně s lidmi, s odměnou za práci i s nadstandardními možnostmi rozvoje.
