- Takřka rodinný přístup - všichni si tykáme a máme k sobě blízko - Systém práce - zakázkový, neboucháme miliony produktů měsíčně - máme skvělé produkty, budoucnost firmy je zajištěná
chtělo by to trošku navýšit headcount, občas hodně práce na to množství lidí - v různých podpůrných odděleních

Oceňuji stabilitu firmy, protože Covid a ani válka nás neoslabila. Solar stále vyrábí a dodává své produkty. Mzda chodí pravidelně a odměny jsou v tomto roce vynikajicí. Tým je dobrý, vedení firmy je zkušené a ví co mají dělat. Moc díky za to!
Bez práce nejsou koláče je letité rčení. Pokud tady budu psát, že jídlo je občas ošizené, nebo že kafe, které je ve firmě zdarma je občas hořké, tak nebudu lhát. Ale tak všude jsou nějaké věci k řešení, jsem rád, že v Solaru to jsou opravdu jen banální hlouposti. Základ firmy je velice dobrý a drobnosti k řešení bych hodil za hlavu.

I am treated very fairly and have a challenging but very satisfying work to accomplish. It is a real pleasure to work in such and international team. The work inspires me every day and the leadership of the management and the senior management is great. I feel very much appreciated and can see how I contribute to the overall goals of the company. The initiatives of the company related to emission and CO2 reductions are worldclass and give a great comfort that the company will have great longterms success.

Firma si váží více nových lidí, než těch kteří pracují ve firmě již třeba 5 let. Nový zaměstannec dostane větší plat než zaměstnanec po 10 letech
