Skvely kolegove a dobra spoluprace s dalsimi oddelenimi Spoluprace s ruznymi regiony, vyuziti jazyku

S dobrým kolektivem, spousty benefitů, kariérní růst, nikdo vás neuhání, bezpečnost na prvním místě.
Vyšší příspěvek na oběd, jinak nic mi tu nevadí.

Příjemné pracovní prostředí, jak nadřízený, tak společnost se snaží vycházet všem zaměstnancům maximálně vstříc a vytvářet ideální pracovní podmínky. Solar klade důraz na spokojenost zaměstnanců, na efektivní skloubení soukromého a pracovního života. Jako zaměstnavatele určitě doporučuji.
Malá možnost cestovat do ostatních zemí, kde by byla možnost poznat osobně kolegy či se setkat se zákazníky. Neefektivní komunikace změn ve firmě.
