vážím si slušného přístupu a kvalitě BOZP. Líbí se mi přístup lidi kteří pracují okolo mě.
týmová práce. občas mi přijde že tým jako takový je vše pro Solar, ale co si budeme povídat většina oddělení jede sama na sebe a ne jako celek

Velice profesionální a férové jednání skoro by se dalo říci rodinné soužití. Příjemné pracovní prostředí a snaha maximálně si vycházet vstříc.
Určitě změna benefit dovolené v dnešní složité době je 20 dní dovolené málo a postupné navišování po odpracovaných letech je spíše demotivující!
