Obecne lidsky pristup, zadne vyhrozovani, zvyseny hlas a emoce a podobne nesvary jako napr. v automotive. Vetsina situaci se resi dosazenim konsensu pro vsechny strany, coz je sice zdlouhave, ale o to dlouhodobejsi reseni.
Podporu a prostredky vetsinou obdrzite az kdyz prokazete,ze dana vec uz jinak nelze anebo je na hrane bezpecnosti, kapacity, zvladnuti atd. Ale to je problem nejenom Solaru.

Chovají se tu k lidem dobře a šikana se zde netoleruje. Pokud Ano, tak jsou to jedinci co jednají proti kodexu firmy.

Více si vážit současných zaměstnanců a méně komplikovat a znepříjemňovat práci "japonskými" výmysly

Nevyrabi ale opravuje. Kazdy si zaslouzi respekt, a nestane se ze by na vas nekdo zvysil hlas.
Vyvinout postup, kterym by se lide, kteri hresi na velmi velkoryse prostredi mohli lepe srovnat, popripade nahradit......
