For the entry level career it is fine but after one year you should change because they will never raise your salary and no benefits except Sodexo and Multisport card. Moreover, you will never get promoted, I have been waiting for 1.5 years to get the promotion done which was confirmed 1.5 years ago but still not done yet.

Jsem spokojena s work life balance, moznosti praci z domova, s svym tymem.
Zadny profesni rust za 5 let ve spolecnosti, skoro zadne zvyseni platu. Plat byl zvysen dva krat a jedne se o inflacni zvyseni jenom. Spolcenost se zameruje na snizovani nakladu a zadne investice do zamestnancu. Je velky pocet vyhozenych lidi celosvetove. Neinvestuje do vzdevalani a rozvoj
Flexibilita - spousta home officu, nizka pracovni vytizenost.
Absolutni chaos a absence jakekoliv koncepce. Spatne nastaveni procesu, nikdo nic nevi, nikdo o nic nema zajem (ni manazeri), neuveritelna neefektivita a tudiz temer nulova pridana hodnota a smysl prace. K tomu nejhorsi a nejpomalejsi IT jake jsem zazil (ironie v IT firme). Tato firma funguje pouze setrvacnosti a parazitovanim - koupi firmu, trzby si ponechaji lidi vyhodi - praci zvladnou existujici zamestnanci. Procesy firem se slouci jen provizorne a chaos se prohlubuje. Klienti koupene firmy brzo zjisti ze kvalita sluzeb jde vyrazne dolu a odchazi - trzby klesaji - DXC koupi dalsi firmu a cely cyklus se opakuje. V teto firme clovek upadne, zdegeneruje nebo vyhori z deprese.
Domácí kancelář a práce, o které vím, že mi vyhovuje nejlépe.
5 let žádné zvýšení platu, i když byla vysoká inflace a vše je dražší než v minulých letech, tento měsíc mi schválili zvýšení platu o 2.5%... Je to opravdu zvláštní a nefér, že firma takto demotivuje zaměstnance. Je to škoda.

Protože pracujeme převážně na dvoutýdenních sprintech, tak vás nikdo nenutí, jestli jste v práci v 15:00 nebo ne, pokud máte vše hotové... můžete pracovat z domova 100% času... takže čas je flexibilní, aby si každý mohl rozvrhnout podle sebe a podle práce a schůzek v práci.
