Benfity jsou super, pracovni kolektiv, druh prace
Nekteri operatori jsi mysli ze muzou vsechno a ze vsichni se jim podridi, nerespektuji sve nadrizene coz mi vadi moc

Samostatnost - po zauceni se na konkretni pozici samostatna cinnost neni potreba casty dohled mistra, volnost samozrejmne ano ale ne anarchie

Spokojenost s kolegy v práci, když bylo potřeba vždy jsme si pomohli.
S vedením už to tak slavné nebylo. Mají své oblíbence a těm se nadrzuje . Hlavně nechtějí slyšet názory , které se jim nehodí. Takže , když se ozvěte, ze se vám něco nelíbí, jste v háji .

Dobré obedy ..zatim nejhorsi prace..mozna je to vekem.Uz nemuzu byt zavrena v hale.

Se vztahem s podřízeny mi a kolegy
Přístup přímého nadřízeného a vedení firmy. Vyhazují lidi kteří už o firmě hodne ví a nechávají tam lidi, kteří nic nedokážou.

svozový autobus do práce, teplé a studené nápoje zdarma, ovocné i zeleninové saláty, také zdarma...měsíční řeč ředitele firmy, vize, co se plánuje, kolik firma vydělala, kolik investuje, pracovní podmínky celkem super
i přesto, že firma si zakládala na etickém kodexu, vůbec to nefungovalo, nevím kde byla chyba....špatná komunikace
