Introduction

Společnost Schindler byla založena před 150 lety ve Švýcarsku a od té doby stihla své působení rozšířit do celého světa. V Čechách patříme od roku 1993 k lídrům mezi výtahářskými firmami nejen v dodávkách nových výtahů a eskalátorů, ale i v jejich následném servisu. Jsme jednou z 27 firem v České republice, která získala prestižní ocenění Top Employer.

Férové chování ze strany zaměstnavatele. Snaha vyjít vstříc (kratší úvazek, home office apod.). Příjemné pracovní prostředí. Přátelské vztahy mezi kolegy, dobrá atmosféra. Stabilita firmy i práce.

Interní posun zaměstnance je pro firmu prioritou a upřednostňuje interní kandidáty před externími. Pro ty nejlepší jsou zde také možnosti vstoupit do talentového programu a získat zkušenosti v Schindleru v zahraničí.
