Nenahraditelný kolektiv. Systematický férový přístup, žádná překvapení, a platí to už od prvního kola přijímacího pohovoru. Pracovní náplň není nikdy monotónní, je zde příležitost naučit se obrovské množství znalostí z oblasti mezinárodního obchodu.
Značná část práce nemá jasně hmatatelný výsledek. Je potřeba si zvyknout, že pouze ty nejlépe připravené projekty budou úspěšné (plus několik takových, kde jsme měli prostě štěstí). Někdy i perfektně připravený projekt neuspěje či dokonce přinese negativní výsledek.

Pro mě je "Morávka" nejen práce, ale i součást života, díky níž poznávám nové kolegy, mám možnost cestovat do zahraničí a pracovat na nových, zajímavých projektech. Oceňuji velmi možnost vlastního rozvoje a rozhodování společně s celkovou organizací práce. Morávka byla ta správná volba :)
Vždy je co zlepšovat, nicméně bych vyzdvihl strukturu práce, organizace úkolů a komunikace s v rámci jednotlivých záležitostí.
