Velice zábavný kolektiv. Volný přístup k práci. Prostředí plné výzev.

Firma očekává v práci výkon, není pro flákače. Dává příležitosti se prosadit. Je zde prostor i pro karierní růst.
Karierní růst by mohl být rychlejší. Platové hodnocení by také mohlo být lepší.

Nejvíce oceňuji rozmanitost práce a řešení i obtížnějších úkolů, na kterých lze získat důležité zkušenosti a vědomosti pro další práci.
Forma komunikace mezi jednotllivými zaměstnanci. Občas je předávání informací až příliš neformální a neprofesionální.

Možnost prosadit nové nápady, přijít s vlastním projektem a realizovat ho. Během jednoho roku jsem se naučil a vyzkoušel skvělé věci, které mě posunuly o míle daleko. Tohle by u mého předchozího zaměstnavatele trvalo roky.
Uvítal bych možnost předat část práce jiným kolegům. Zvýšit počet lidí na oddělení.
