Velká firma, benefity, slušní zaměstnanci, Prima přímí nadřízení, zázemí.

Nízká úroveň vyššího managementu. (Outsourcing, propouštění velice schopných lidí) postupné zhoršování pracovních podmínek špatnými projekty nařízenými zhora.
