Vážím si, že máme ve firmě různé benefity (a že jich není málo), poté přístup k zaměstnancům, není to jen o tom, že si tam chodím odmakat a odsedět 8 hodin a jdu domů.
Nic bych neměnila, jsem velice spokojená.

Není zaměstnavatel, ale firma, která mi jako poradci poskytuje bezkonkurenční zázemí. Skvělá firma, která neustále inovuje a posouvá se do předu. Vedení chce opravdu profesionalizovat trh. Musím jen chválit.

Mohu si sám ovlivnit finanční ohodnocení i čas, který práci věnuji. Cítím se tak svobodný.

Můj současný nadřízený je férový a skvělý člověk. Umí podržet i vyhecovat. V naší kanceláři panuje rodinná atmosféra, která je podpořena zdravým rivalismem a podporou všech vůči sobě.
Lidé, kteří si na manageři pouze hrají bych nahradila těmi, kteří opravdu umí vést lidi a vytvořit týmový kolektiv, ve kterém bude panovat pohoda a zdravá dravost.

Vzhledem k tomu, že je to velmi rozsáhlá firma, nelze to konkretizovat. Třeba ředitelé byli úžasní a lidští a to se mi asi líbilo nejvíc.
