Díky trpělivému přístupu a zaškolení jsem se dostal tam kde jsem dnes. V tomto oboru podnikání chce vše čas a píli. Finanční poradenství musí člověka zajímat a něco tomu dát aby se mohl sebevzdělávat. Já jsem vždy otevřený nový věcem a rád se nové věci učím.
Obětoval jsem v začátcích hodně času. Někdy je těžké s klienty vyjít.

Začátky nejsou úplně nejjednodušší. Každý klient kterého získáte je zásluhou vaši práce kterou jste schopni do tohoto podnikání vložit. Motivace je ta, že máte možnost kariérního růstu pokavaď odvádíte dobré výkony. Vše chce svůj čas tak jako vypracování se na nějakou zasloužilou pracovní pozici.

Vážím si, že máme ve firmě různé benefity (a že jich není málo), poté přístup k zaměstnancům, není to jen o tom, že si tam chodím odmakat a odsedět 8 hodin a jdu domů.
Nic bych neměnila, jsem velice spokojená.
