Flexibilni pracovni dobu. Snahu zlepsit soucasnou situaci.
Kvalitu managmentu. Za platy, ktere berou neprinaseji firme zadnou hodnotu. Jen chodi po poradach a ve vyrobe, kde jsou potreba, nejsou videt.
