Jsem spokojena s prostředím, ve kterém pracuji. Máme skvělý pracovní tým, na který se mohu plně spolehnout.
Zkrátila bych čerpání cafeterie na 6 měsíců od nástupu do zaměstnání. Ubrala bych administrativy v Adaptačním procesu a jeho vyplnění. (hledáním jmen zaměstnanců daných odborů jsem strávila mnoho času). Ráda se vzdělávám, ale hledat daná jména v systému bylo zbytečně složité a dle mě i zbytečné. Pokus s nimi nespolupracuji denně, stejně jména zapomenu. Můj názor. :)
