Umisťování pracovníku na jiná pracoviště v rámci kliniky, kdy pracovníci jiné kliniky jsou za stejnou službu honorováni jako práce přesčas

- pracujou tady skvělí lidi, není problém si vyjít vstříc mezi kolegama a taky mezi klinikama - odbornost lékařů - lidský přístup
- finanční ohodnocení lékařů ve srovnání s kolegy na jiných pracovištích - drahé parkování - cena mrkvového salátu v bufetu - žádná možnost dětských skupin nebo hlídání dětí (třeba když je dítě nemocné) - téměř žádné benefity

zajímavé benefity, alespoň trochu ochota naslouchat zaměstnancům, i když ne vždy s odezvou.
naprosto přebujelá byrokracie, to nebylo ano za socialismu. Nemocnice je přezaměstnaná úředníky, kteří schvalují/neschvalují hlouposti.

Díky manažerským kurzům jsem se naučila hlavně se spoléhat sama na sebe, delegovat úkoly na podřízené. Jako benefit beru 3xSD a obědy. Supr. A motivační odměny jsou také bomba.
Pokud má člověk problém, stejně si ho musí vyřešit sám. Nejlepší je držet ústa a neplavat proti proudu. Dělat si jen svoji práci a o víc se nestarat.
