V rámci jasně daných interních pravidel a legislativních požadavků je ve firmě velká volnost v řízení vlastní práce každého zaměstnance - nejen kdy a odkud bude pracovat, ale i jakým způsobem k úkolům přistoupí. Neprovozuje se mikromanagement a neustálý kritický dohled nadřízeného.

Cením si, že můj současný zaměstnavatel zajistil pokračování aktivit, které dříve vykonávala instituce, jejíž šéf se na to úplně vykašlal.
Měl by se zlepšit ve schopnosti hledat, naléézat a využívat obchodní příležitosti. marketing je zde také na úbytě.
