Jsem ráda, že tento korporát nefunguje přes jednotlivé oddělení na sílu, což jsem už zažila. Vždycky jsou nějaké problémy, ale zde vidím, že jsou zde lidi, kteří je aktivně řeší.

Lepší spolupráce s některými odděleními firmy, možnost práce ze zahraničí.

Zaměstnanec má možnost osobního rozvoje v dané pozici. Akcentuje se a v praxi prosazuje zdravý životní styl. Máme spoustu zajímavých benefitů, např.: příspěvek na penzijní spoření, flexi body za věrnost, multisport kartu, atd..
Výhodnější Multisport kartu pro rodinné příslušníky. Nyní je příliš drahá a nevyplatí se. Zaměstnavatel by mohl dotovat kurzy cizích jazyků.
