lidsky pristup, respekt k osobe, slusnost, ferovost, kolektivni vnimani - nejsem v tymu sam, sdileni informaci - pracovni/soukromi, team-buildings, vnimani, ze to "nekam" jde - prespektiva me prace/spolecnosti, stabilita spolecnosti, odmenovani (nejen financni), benefetni programy, starani spolecnosti o zamestnance jako clanku v retezu
nektere obchodni/IT procesy nefunguji jak bych si predstavoval a jak si myslim by mely fungovat u tak velke spolecnosti, v nekterych pripadech pomala reakce nez se "neco" stane, pouzivani XLS tabulek pro "cokoliv", pomaly servisni portal a jeho neprehlednost

Albert je super zaměstnavatel, líbí se mi firemní kultura i strategické směřování - udržitelnost, lokálnost a podpora zdraví. Albert dělá spoustu skvělých věcí, ale málo se o nich venku ví.
Nic mě nenapadá.
