trávíme hodně času na meetinzích, jsme neefektivní, zabýváme se více sami sebou - vnitřními procesy, místo abychom řešili další možnosti rozvoje rozhodovací proces se naprosto zastavil, než něco změníme, trvá to několik měsíc Dále jsem nespokojena s počtem dovolené, konkurenční firmy mají 30 dní dovolené jako standard
