Ne vždy efektivní spolupráce mezi různými odděleními. Mnohdy roztříštěné cíle pro jednotlivá oddělení.

Každá práce má plusy i mínusy, a líbí se mi, že v Albertu jsme k sobě otevření, slušní, umíme se zasmát, prostě se máme dobře. A máme i spoustu benefitů.

- Společnost umožňuje získání zkušeností i v dalších oborech/odděleních. - Neplýtvá se se zbytečnými benefity, o které není zájem, dostáváme užitečné výhody (stravenky, Multisportku, slevy na nákupy, možnost práce z domova atd.) - Albert se obecně zajímá o zdraví svých zaměstnanců a podporu zdravého životního stylu. Dostáváme zdravé svačiny a ochutnávky zdravých produktů. - Oceňuji, že na všech pracovištích je neomezené množství a široký výběr kávy :-) - Mám skvělou šéfovou, se kterou mohu mluvit naprosto otevřeně, vždy mi dobře poradí, umí mě pochválit za dobře odvedenou práci, inspiruje mě, a vždy se těším na naše společné týmové porady a akce.
