Na př., je výhoda v tom, že si člověk může naplánovat směny tak jak mu to vyhovuje, snaží se aby byli zaměstnanci spokojený.

Bylo by hezké mít nějaké prémie na př.za pravidelnou docházku nebo za spokojenost. Ráda bych využívala multisport karty s celou rodinou ale je to finančně neúměrné.
