Spousta práce na jednotlivce. To způsobuje stresové situace. Potřebovalo by to na každý úsek dostatek lidí. Nejde to stíhat dlouhodobě

Za 15 let práce u této firmy beru hodinovou mzdu stejnou jako lidé ,kteří tu pracují tři roky a méně.
