Oceňuji perfektní benefity, které zaměstnavatel nabízí, oceňuji také po 3 odpracovaných letech 5 týdnů dovolené (týden rekondičního volna) a také rozmanitost práce, každý si může vyzkoušet všechny úseky.

Vylepšil bych určitě menší zásah do osobního života, ale to je úděl určitých pozic.
