Naučil jsem se určitě spoustu perfektní práce z oblasti personalistiky a celkově managmantu. Na Albertu nejvíce oceňuji benefity, které mi jako zaměstnavatel nabízí - využívám více než 80% z nich. Dále oceňuji možnost dalšího kariérního růstu i v mladém věku.
Určitě bych navýšil platy jak prodavačů, tak i lidí na vedoucích pozicích. Líbilo by se mi určitě lepší oddělení pracovního a soukromého života. Dalo by se zlepšit spousta věcí, jako všude jinde, ale celkově jsem spokojený.
