Poslední dobou , bych řekla, že zničím. Práce mě již nemotivuje.

Ano jsem nespokojena s věčným ubíráním hodin. je to na denním pořádku a nemůžeme se více věnovat zákazníkům. Všechno rychle ,rychle.

Je super, že si jako brigádník můžu směny hlásit podle toho jak potřebuji, takže je lehce skloubím se školou, sportem a osobním životem

Myslím, že zde hodnocení záleží prodejna od prodejny. Na mé prodejně je problém v nejvyšším vedení, které je většinu času v ofenzivě, je nepříjemné, na zaměstnance se neustále řve. Jakýkoliv pokus umístění nějakého zboží nebo marketingového materiálu je odbyto slovy "To tam být nemůže" nebo "To tam být nesmí". Celkově se na prodejně dost kašle na plno postupů a směrnic. Určitě by bylo vhodné, aby manažeři pravidelně procházeli školením a připomínali si, co se na prodejné může a musí a co se naopak nemusí a nesmí. Za dobu, co někteří svou pozici vykonávají, se toho plno změnilo, ale oni to nijak nereflektují.
