Perfektní zaškolení nových zaměstnanců. Jednání narovinu. Časově náročnější zaměstnání, ale podstatně lepší než u jiných řetězců. Zaměření na vstřícnost k zákazníkovi. Fér ohodnocení dobře vykonané práce.
Občas pravá neví co dělá levá. Jedno oddělení chce po prodejně něco a druhé zase opak.
