Je to jistota, že každý měsíc dostanu pravidelně výplatu a že vždy k tomu přidají do aplikace nějaký zajímavý výrobek zdarma a nebo bonus 15% slevu na nákup

Jistota a zázemí, slušné jednání, možnost kariérního růstu

Platové podmínky, při stavění nových či remodelingu starých prodejen myslet na větší prostory, aby se dalo "normálně" pracovat, moc auditů, lepší bezpečnostní opatření proti krádežím, kvůli auditům a krácení hodin je práce náročná a velmi stresující.

Albert má mnoho kontrolních reportů, které usnadňuje lidem práci. Po IT stránce se bohužel konkurenti této společnosti ani zdaleka nemohou vyrovnat. Po stránce HR má velmi dobře propracovaný systém. Mohu jen doporučit.

Jsem spokojená se vším, společnost reaguje velmi dobře a efektivně se mění systémy, na druhu poptávky jsou schopni velmi dobře reagovat.

Výborná spolupráce s lidmi, kteří si vzájemně pomáhají . Je to o vždy o daném zaměstnanci, který ví co má dělat a nebojí se práce.

Kladení velkých nároků a s tím souvisí ,že není možné jedním zaměstnancem pokrýt více úseku.
