Když jsem k Aholdu nastupovala vycházeli mi vstříc se směnami s ohledem na to že jsem měla malé dítě-3 roky.Měli jsme k zákl.platu i odměny a různé další výhody,stravenky,pltební poukázky,dopravu zdarma.Po určitých letech jsme dopadli tak že už jsme neměli žádné výhody,zůstali nám jen stravenky.Plat byl jen hodinová mzda a nic víc.Měla jsem další dítě a po mateřské když jsem znovu nastoupila už na to nebral nikdo ohledy,pracovala jsem i do 22.30 hod.Platové ohodnocení víc než ubohé.Začínali dobře,ale pokud si nezačnou vážit zaměstnanců skončí asi dost špatně.

Přístup k zaměstnancům,vedení které o obchodu ví trošku víc,lepší platové ohodnocení.
