Týmová atmosféra, příjemný kolektiv, ochota si vždy pomoci. Férová a otevřená komunikace. Zajímavé projekty, které mohou pozitivně ovlivnit tisíce kolegů.

Finanční ohodnocení by mohlo být lepší, nebo alespoň úhrada různých certifikováných školení a rozvojových aktivit.

Opportunities for career advancement

Osobní iniciativa je vítaná, každý má možnost realizovat svůj projekt. Albert klade velký důraz na hodnocení výkonu a rozvoj zaměstnanců. Ve společnosti jsou časté organizační změny a posuny zaměstnanců horizontálně i vertikálně.

Pleasant work environment

Hlavně super atmosféra v týmu. Kolegové jsou vesměs ochotní ke spolupráci a vstřícní. A je tu sranda.
