Domluva, uznání, jen to pokazili kolegové, jinak bych tam byla i přes nízký plat.

Kontrolovat úniky, dát mu slušné zaměstnance-tak by nedocházelo k některým věcem a firma by byla spokojenější a hned by bylo líp.

Slušnosti a férovosti. Pořád se učíme novým věcem a rozvíjíme osobnosti. Podnik pro nás vyhlašuje soutěže a za dobrou práci máme odměny. Samozřejmě je pořád co zlepšovat ale vše je jenom o lidech jak se k práci postaví a berou práci vážně. Práci v Albertu mohu jenom doporučit.
