Líbí se mi práce (jednotlivé zakázky/úkoly), složení týmu a příležitosti, kterým se mi dostává. Jsou tu možnosti účastnit se konferencí a dalších akcí a rozvíjet se. Prostory i lokalita jsou supr.

Možnost se vzdělávat, učit novým věcem. Skvělé podmínky pro skloubení pracovního a osobního života, důraz na dobře nastavené procesy. Benefity jako Multisportka, dobroty v kanclu, společné akce.
Chtělo by to trochu rozšířit tým.

Informal work atmosphere
Přátelské vztahy, atmosféra spolupráce, korektní chování kolektivu, člověk se nemusí přetvařovat, každého berou jaký je.

Individuální přístup k zaměstnancům. Pokud člověk chce, může ovlivnit spoustu věcí ve firmě. Firma nestagnuje, ale pořád se vyvíjí, inovuje, posouvá kupředu. Důraz na spokojenost lidí – od podmínek k práci až po to, pro jaké klienty pracujeme.

Super kolektiv.
Žádné benefity jako sick days, multisport, stravenky aj. Vzdělávání má dost omezený budget. Nutnost pracovat na IČO.

S atmosférou v práci, přímým nadřízeným a oceněním finančním i nefinančním.
Užší záběr práce než jsem byla zvyklá dřív. Dřív jsem pracovala jak na copy, tak kreativních konceptech i brad strategiích, ale tady je moje pozice zatím hlavně o copywritingu, idea making je okrajovější a na strategii se nepodílím vůbec.
