Prostor pro seberealizaci, samostatnost. Cítím se tu bezpečně a jsou tu prima lidi, které už dávno nepovažuji jen za kolegy, ale přátelé.
Taková česká klasika, drby, klepy... do hlav si nikdo nevidí, bylo by fajn, kdyby si lidi uměli více říkat konstruktivní zpětnou vazbu a pomáhali tím i ostatním růst.

RRespektující atmosféra, hodnotově vedená firma, špičkové výstupy a expertiza, jasná strategie, práce s OKR, reputace na trhu, odvaha dělat věci jinak, super zorganizovaná partička, design, nedělají pro každého.
Puntičkáři, tlak na ordnung, každý se musí rozvíjet.

Seniorní kolegové, se kterýma je ale taky zábava. Inspirativní lidi, kteří se chovají fér. Flexibilita a svoboda. Preciznost v odvedené práci jak směrem ke klientovi, tak směrem dovnitř.

Čas na osobní rozvoj a velká podpora osobního rozvoje i mimo firmu (konference, vzdělávání). Po domluvě není problém pořídit jakýkoli HW/SW dle potřeby.
