Mám pocit, že jsem dobře zapadla do kolektivu. Když potřebuji něco ukázat, vysvětlit, zeptat se, vždy mi kolegové ochotně pomůžou.

Ukáže čas, ale nyní občas nefér jednání nepřímé info hned ale až pozdeji

Děkujeme za zpětnou vazbu. Na komunikaci se stále snažíme pracovat. I proto jsme zavedli pravidelné provozní porady, kde se snažíme otevírat důležitá témata, a kde mají zaměstnanci možnost klást jakékoli otázky. Také jsme zřídili zaměstnaneckou skupinu v aplikaci WhatsAPP, která má zrychlit předávání informací.

Spokojenost je pokud se nám podaří pacienta propusit domů či posunout do jiného zařizeni a pokud je u nás pacient a jeho rodina spokojena s osetřovatelskou péčí.
Se spolupráci lékařů,řešeni problémů a ordinaci.
