Spokojenost nevím když možná ze začátku,zaškolí vas a ještě tehdy mi přišlo,že mám pěkné peníze,před 4 lety,potom to nějak stagnovalo.
Byla to jednotvárná práce jedna operace pořád dokola,fabrika prostě,12 směny nepřetržitě,větší ženský kolektiv.Povýšenost,arogantnost ,když se něco naučí je něco víc-vztahy na bodu nula.

Fyzicky nenáročná práce. A však monotónní a s velkým bezpečnostním a nedostatečně ohodnoceným rizikem.
I když firmu doporučuji. Nelze očekávat férové podmínky.

Výborné jídlo, pracovní pomůcky a oblečení bez problémů... Snaží se vylepšovat pracoviště
Je škoda,že odměny,které dostáváme,jsou pouze za čas strávený ve fabrice... Mohli by se zamyslet a dávat lepší ohodnocení i za projevené aktivity a za kvalitně odvedenou práci,ikdyž požadují kvalitu jako standard,tak to mnohdy je vic než jen standard,ve srovnání mezi pracovníky.
