Mzda. Pevná pracovní doba a nenucení do přesčasů. Tolerance chyb. Absolutní laxnost vedení má i výhody.
Špatný stav strojů. Nulové investice do oprav. Velmi špatná komunikace mezi výrobou a vedením. Velmi nepřehledné plánování výroby. Nedostatečné určení pracovní náplně jednotlivých zaměstnanců.

100% spolehlivost s plněním termínu vyplácení mzdy, zajímavé benefity z mého pohledu žádné jenom běžné, které jsou v dnešní době téměř v každé výrobní společnosti, trochu jsem si rozšířila obzor ohledně výroby jednné malé části automobilového průmyslu
zlepšení komunikace ze strany nadřízených s pracovníky na pozicích operátorů a braní jejich názorů a připomínek více na vědomí, ze strany nadřízených více úcty, respektu, slušnosti a férovějšího hování vůči operátorům ve výrobě

Svalování neúspěchu na jiné Neochota managementu poučit se, nechat si poradit Neřešení věcí postupně a důkladně
Complex tasks
Vedeni je v Singapuru a ma nerealne predstavy o tom co se da v CR udelat a v jakem case. Cekaji vsechno hned, nejpozdeji zitra.
