Zajimave projekty, skveli kolegove, rozvoj kompetenci, dobre penize, fer pristup managementu
Opportunities for career advancement
Každých 6 měsíců probíhá hodnocení výkonu a rozvoje zaměstnanců. To není komplikované, všechny KPI a další očekávání jsou jasně specifikována. V případě plnění rozvojového plánu (absolvování naplánovaných certifikačních a dalších vzdělávacích kurzů) a v případě dobrého pracovního výkonu jsou zaměstnanci povýšeni / upravena odměna / bonus.

Investice do vzdělávání zaměstnanců (školení, konference) Účast na velice zajímavých projektech a zakázkách Společné teambuildingy a sportovní aktivity
