Bohužel se s vedením nedá slušně na ničem domluvit. Na solidní a férové jednání tu nenarazíte. Aktivita se trestá a nikdy se za vás šéf nepostaví, i když pracujete přesčas a uděláte maximum. Tuto firmu nedoporučuji ani uhlavnímu nepříteli.
Kolegové a kolegyně jsou příjemní a ochotní. V případě potřeby vám pomohou nebo se k vám chovají s respektem a slušně.

Veliká volnost a možnost skloubit soukromý život s pracovním až do určitého okamžiku, kdy se vše změnilo. Snadná a rychlká komunikace na pracovišti
Dělal jsem více práce, než jsem měl a i tak jsem furt byl na nízkem platu na hodinu. Šéf furt mluvil, abych byl více proaktivní, ale i když jsem překopal a mnohonásobně vylepšil něco v interním oddělení, tak i to nestačilo. Volnost na pracovišti a komunikace byla celkem dobrá, ale férovost chyběla, je to o tom být co nejvíce na začátku vlezlý.

Odměna, neformální přístup, vstřícnost, flexibilita
Nadřízení, jdoucí přes mrtvoly. Účel světil prostředky. Zoufalá situace firmy, kdy nabírali kde koho a často to tak vypadalo.

S kolegy
Po tydnu me vyhodili nejdriv s tim ze, nejsem proaktivni a po nekolika dalsich otazkach, jak to mysli otocili, ze nemam soft skills, tudiz nedoporucuji. Duvera a ferovost zadna. Falesna firma.
