Zadny respekt k soukromemu zivotu, neproplacene prescasy, nikoho nezajima, ze svou praci nemate sanci v pracovni dobe stihnout.

Zajímavá a různorodá práce.
Tady bohužel platí pravidlo o kovářově kobyle. Uplatňuje se zde spíše represivní přístup k zaměstnancům, než pozitivní motivovaní. Pracuje se i po večerech nebo o víkendech. Přesčasy se neřeší. Nerespektuje se ani work-life balance. Telefonáty nadřízených přicházely v jakoukoliv hodinu (i noční). K tomu všemu nízký plat a benefity vůbec žádné...

Líbí se mi, že každý zaměstnanec (pokud tedy chce ):-) si může vzít zodpovědnost a “udělat to” (Něco se ti nelíbí jak funguje? Tady nemusíš říkat, že to nefunguje, tady to můžeš změnit a máš k tomu prostor).
Někdy je problém, že mají důvěru a volnost lidi, kteří potřebují jasné vedení/ zadání. Takový člověk se tu nenajde a šíří, že tu lidi nikdo nevede. ANO, NEVEDE! A když to teď píšu, tak si to beru za své, a upravím proces náboru, aby to byla první věc, kterou se uchazeč o zaměstnání v MotivuP dozví. To znamená, že hledáme lidi, kteří si vytvoří zadání a nehledáme lidi, kteří čekají na zadání.
