Jobs fit for working parents
Home Office je během corona krize naprostou samozřejmostí a myslím, že se i do budoucna ujme. Firemní benefit jsou výrazné slevy na výrobky Philips do domácnosti. Je možné i částečné flexibilní rozložení prac doby. Pracuje zde více jak polovina lidí, co má rodinu s dětmi.

Skvělý a pestrý kolektiv, spolupráce s kolegy z celé Evropy, možnost profesního růstu a sebevzdělávání, flexibilita pracovní doby (možnost posunu pracovní doby okolo základní pracovní doby, možnost práce z domova), pestrý výběr benefitů Nice and dynamic collectiv, cooperation with colleagues around whole Europe, possibility of professional growth and selfstudying, flexibility of working hours (core hours mandatory, flexibility around and possibility of homeoffice), good scale of possible benefits

What I like from TP Vision are: The colleagues that are super nice and create a nice working atmosphere. There is an international environment. If you want/know you have chances to improve things. There are possibility to growth or change within the departments.
Things that I dont like, is like in any other company things can get a bit political, and even if 99% of the people is nice, you always have some bad apple. Facilities could be improved, in the sense of meeting rooms.
