Coby společnost zaměřená především na vývoj software a datovou analýzu přitahuje Mycroft Mind především mladší zaměstnance, takže ti starší mají kolem 40 a mladší mezi 20 a 30 lety. Běžně u nás na zkrácené úvazky pracují i studenti.
