finanční ohodnocení, možnost práce částečně z domova,
velmi zdlouhavé řešení problémů, podnětů, nápadů a možností; příliš mnoho lidí musí vše prostudovat odsouhlasit a posunout výš. na druhou stranu není kam se obrátit pro radu či podporu

Bohužel nemohu uvést pozitiva.
1)více naslouchat zdola 2)méně nadutosti nahoře 3)více profesionality všech 4)ocenit návrhy na zlepšení (nemyslím peníze), nikoli strnule trvat na zažitém, a přemýšlet o nich

- výplata chodí vždy včas - dobrá možnost skloubení pracovního a osobního života (závisí ovšem na konkrétním nadřízeném) - v současné době velmi korektní vztahy s nadřízenými - poměrně kreativní náplň práce - dobrý pracovní kolektiv
- snížit úroveň byrokracie v rámci interních postupů

Možnost realizovat aktivity, které pomáhají lidem ČR.
Snížit množství pracovních úkolů, personálně posílit jednotlivé útvary, větší respekt vůči zaměstnancům, větší ochota společně diskutovat, oceňovat práci a úspěchy.
