Vynikající příležitost řídit zajímavé a náročné projekty. Bez důvěry nadřízených a s dopadem politických změn a klientelismu to však v teto chvíli není možné.
Cele současné vedení MPSV není schopno definovat své potřeby a jedná neracionálně. Ve vedení nejsou kompetentní lidé, kteří by měli zkušenosti.

Možnost realizovat aktivity, které pomáhají lidem ČR.
Snížit množství pracovních úkolů, personálně posílit jednotlivé útvary, větší respekt vůči zaměstnancům, větší ochota společně diskutovat, oceňovat práci a úspěchy.
