Totální nesystémovost Management slyší jen to, co chce. Jakmile je nutná součinnost managementu, je problém. Management není empatický Jedná se stylem "každý je nahraditelný"

Flexibilita - možnost plánování směn Přátelské prostředí - bezva kolektiv Smysluplná práce s knihami Benefity - občas možnost vybrat si z knih, které byly k dispozici - zdarma Pěkné prostředí Dostupnost (MHD) Výplata vždy včas a v pořádku (jen by mohla být vyšší :-)
Nízká mzda - 110,- / hod Nutnost přihlašovat se a odhlašovat se z PC při každé, byť sebemenší pauze - opuštění PC a s tím související kontrola časů (přestože člověk svoji práci s přehledem stíhal nebo měl vše hotovo i cca 0,5 - 1 hod před koncem směny a další práce pro něj nebyla) - velice nepříjemné Nevychytaný systém - např. stávalo se, že na jeden mail klientovi odpovídali současně 2 lidé :-) a systém to umožnil

Dostanete prostor dělat věci po svém, i když to je spíše z důvodu že na vás nemá nadřízený čas.
Na mnoha místech zde chybí lidskost. Absence zpětné vazby, jak pozitivní tak negativní.

Je to práce v zajímavém oboru. Práce s knihami je sama o sobě benefit.
