Cením si celkové atmosféry ve společnosti, především v rámci pobočky.
Změnila bych pracovní dobu, určitě bych uvítala flexibilnější pracovní dobu. Dále bych chtěla vědět, z čeho a jak se vypočítává měsíční bonus zaměstnance.

Přesný termín výplaty, výplatní pásky do emailu - super kontrola vydělaných peněz!
Vyšší mzdy, lepší jednání ze strany zaměstnanců. Mohli by být vstřícnější, jsme přece lidi

Adecco dává zaměstnancům prostor k samostatné a zodpovědné práci, můžeme nést zodpovědnost za své úspěchy i neúspěchy. čímž zaměstnance i rozvíjí. Práce pro Adecco je různorodá a náročná. Přináší poznávání lidí, firem, kultur.
Zlepšení procesů při nástupu nových zaměstnanců a procesní řízení. Nicméně tyto změny jsou již v procesu a je vidět progres.

Dává lidem příležitost něco se na učit i když nemají všechny vlastnosti na určitě pozice. Pak zaleží na jedinci jestli naplno využije příležitost a doladí nedostatky. Adeccu děkuji.
Více pracovat se zaměstnanci aby byli co nejkvalifikovanější a měli dost vědomosti a informaci aby jsme být hodně silný tým a byly nad konkurenci. No proste top 1 na trhu.
