Šance práce na půl úvazek pro studenty za velmi dobré platové podmínky. Časovou volnost.
Změna stravenek na kupony, na které je možné koupit nejen jídlo a potraviny. Mnohé řetězce nabízí nákup PHM. Ne každý zaměstnanec chodí na obědy do restaurací. Vyšší podíl odměny za pozici. Zavedení pozice konzultant na IČO - 90% z odměny by bylo jeho, jinak nic.

férový přístup, dobrý pracovní kolektiv
lepší organizace některých úkolů, placené přesčasy, větší ohodnocení ze strany zaměstnavatele

Dobré místo na trhu, slušné jméno mezi lidmi, věnuje se novým trendům a dobře reaguje na vývojové změny ve společnosti
jiný způsob finančního ohodnocení - aby vše opravdu záleželo na kvalitách daného zaměstnance a ne jen na stavu oddělení/pobočky/střediska
