Zpočátku jsem si cenila možnosti zapojit se do HR bez předchozích zkušeností, později jsem pochopila, že se o HR ani nedalo mluvit.
Zvýšit platové ohodnocení zaměstnanců. Chovat se férově. Jednat narovinu.

Nejvíce si cením volnější pracovní doby, volnosti a možnosti sám si řídit svůj čas a svoje pracovní povinnosti (nikdo nade mnou nestojí a věčně mě nehlídá).
Lepší přístup k podřízeným, více se věnovat nováčkům, naslouchat, dodržování manažerských povinností u manažerů, také by pomohlo vědět, že se na manažera mohu obrátit v jakékoli situaci, aniž bychom se báli reakce.

Navýšení mezd, variabilní složku více navázat na pracovní výkon, více se zaměřit na školení nových zaměstnanců, ergonomické zásady na pracovišti.
